THE DETAILS
- Shipments are billed on a quarterly basis in February, May, September and December.
- Changes to your membership, wine additions or substitutions of equal value must be made prior to the billing of each shipment.
- We ask for a commitment of one year (four shipments) prior to cancelling.
- Cancellations must be received prior to the next shipment.
- By law, we cannot accept returns for alcohol unless the wine is corked or flawed.
- Shipments must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. We recommend providing a business address for all shipments.
- We are unable to ship to the following states: AR, DE, KY, MS, OK, RI, UT, WV and VT.
